Inspect all materials before use and getting started. Dry lay or do a mockup to confirm your layout, grout joint size and that the final look meets your expectations.

Q: Do you need to seal this tile before grouting it?
A: Sealing is not necessary since it is a porcelain tile.A: We did not seal it and don’t feel it’s necessary. We used this tile several years ago in an Airbnb. We have had no issues with it. Cleans up very well -
Q: Can this be used for driveways?
A: No. You need a product that is specifically designed for exterior applications, freeze/thaw, weight, etc. I would not recommend any tile for that sort of application. This is also not a floor tile, and would be slippery when wet. -
Q: Can this be used on the outside of a fireplace?
A: Yes!A: Yes, this tile is high quality porcelain. -
Q: Is this tile easy to clean as a backsplash in the kitchen?
A: Keeping an installation looking new is not as difficult as you may think. Regular cleaning of the area with a neutral PH non-acidic cleaner should do the job. There are harsher cleaners available in case of an accident, but they must be used carefully by following all instructions. Always test a non-visible area before using a product on the whole space. Use a sealer on the grout to protect it from dirt and stains.A: Yes, the relief/texture isn’t that heavy so it’s easy to wipe down.A: We have it in our bathroom as a backsplash and it’s very easy to clean and absolutely gorgeous! Highly recommend it!A: Yes, they are easy to clean. I've never had to use anything abrasive to get the tile clean. -
Q: Can this tile be put around the fireplace?
A: Depends on whether the fireplace is wood burning or not. No tile does well with high heat. If it’s gas burning, there shouldn’t be a problem -
Q: Does this come with a corner piece or can a corner piece be purchased? How do you deal with corners?

Alternatively, you can line the tile with a clean caulk line that matches the color of the grout. -

Beautiful quality tile!
This tile is absolutely beautiful! And after living with it for a full year ~ my opinion has not changed. There are at least 8 different patterns, all muted with an old world look, demanding you to you closer to see the pattern. I love the matt finish too. We used a tile sealer right after installation since we have very hard well water, and a year later, that haven't noticed any staining or discoloration at all.
