Schedule your 30-minute consultation, taking place by phone or video. We’ll help you prep for the meeting beforehand.

2. MEET WITH YOUR DESIGNER

Your designer will assess your needs, offering product recommendations, layout guidance, and free samples.

3. MAKE IT YOURS

Order online or lean on your designer to order for you. Either way, they’ll monitor shipping to ensure a timely arrival.

Is my session virtual only, or can we do it in person?

Your 30-minute, one-on-one session is virtual—by phone or over Microsoft Teams only.

How do I prepare for my first session?

You’ll be asked to complete a questionnaire when you schedule your session. Based on your responses, your consultant will prepare a mood board and suggestions to get the conversation started—and get you closer to finding the perfect tile for your project.

Will I get product recommendations and price estimates?

Yes! We will provide several product recommendations, along with price estimates for tile and shipping.

Will I get a rendering of my project?

At this time, we can only provide renderings using the “View in My Room” and “View in 360” features on our website. Please feel free to explore them here.

How many free tile samples can I get?

Your consultant will send you as many samples as you need to make the best decision for your project.

Do I have to send the samples back?

No, you may keep any samples we send.

Will you help me place my order?

Yes, your consultant will walk you through the ordering process, or even place your order for you, if you prefer.
