1. You must request an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) form by emailing [email protected].
2. Samples, clearance, FINAL SALE items, and custom orders are non-refundable.
3. In order for us to continue to be able to offer affordable pricing, a 15% restocking fee is assessed on all returns. Shipping charges are non-refundable. Customer are responsible for return shipping charges and arrangements.

Inspect all materials before use and getting started. Dry lay or do a mockup to confirm your layout, grout joint size and that the final look meets your expectations.

Q: Can I use this tile around our fireplace insert?

Q: I want to hang a spice rack on the wall. Can I just drill through the tile?
A: You can drill ceramic tile. Use a bit for glass/glazed tile and take your time. But adhesive is nice, as it isn’t so irreversible. Just depends on the weight involved. -
Q: How many tiles are in a box?
A: There are 40 pieces per box. -
Q: Why does it appear that every photo of this tile installed looks as if it's not a centered brick pattern? Am I seeing things? Any reason NOT to install as a truly centered brick pattern?
A: They are long tiles maybe that's why they are like that in the photos. I have these and we had them installed in a herringbone pattern. There isn't any reason why you wouldn't be able to use them I. Which ever pattern you prefer.A: I think that's how the installer chose to lay the tile.. Ours is installed in the same fashion and it looks fantastic,,, -
Q: Do these tiles come on mesh backing? If so, what pattern are they in? Or are they just individual tiles?
A: They are individual and beautiful in our lake kitchenA: They are individual, stacked tiles. There is some thin mesh like material between each tile to protect it during shipping, but it is not fixed to the tile. These tiles are beautifully finished and have the effect of sky and clouds.A: These are individual tiles...and they are so beautiful! Used them for a kitchen backsplash and we get so may compliments.A: Individual tiles but with their size, they go up pretty fast. It also allows you to decide the pattern as in stacked, brick or staggered.A: They come individual, but easy to put up due to the sides are not perfect.
