1. You must request an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) form by emailing [email protected].
2. Samples, clearance, FINAL SALE items, and custom orders are non-refundable.
3. In order for us to continue to be able to offer affordable pricing, a 15% restocking fee is assessed on all returns. Shipping charges are non-refundable. Customer are responsible for return shipping charges and arrangements.

A: We sell a matching bullnose, Seaport Arctic 2x10 Polished Ceramic Bullnose.A: No, you have to buy those separatelyt. Have your tiler tell you what you need to order. Or he can order it for you. Beutiful tile for my kitchen backsplash, by the way. Good choice! -
Q: Is there a cap piece or a finishing edge piece for these tiles?

Q: Since there isn’t a bullnose corner piece, what would you recommend we use to make an exposed corner look finished?
A: We would suggest miter cutting the bullnose to create the corner.A: Have to agree with Douglas H. We did the same. At the intersection of two walls, we butted one wall's tiles against the other's. At the end of the run, we left the edges exposed.
Leslie B.A: We used this same tile and have the edges exposed and it looks great. The edges are mostly finished (but looks very good). We had originally thought to use a pencil tile (and even purchased it), but in the end did not need it. -

Q: Are spacers needed for install? If so, what size spacers are recommended?
A: We suggest 1/16th"-1/8th" groutlines or installation.A: I had it installed by a professional and he did use spacers.A: We didn’t use spacers as there’s a slight ripple on the edges of these (making them look handmade) and those worked to leave enough room for grout. Turned out great!! -
Q: Can these tiles be arranged in a herringbone pattern? If so, does anyone have pictures of it?
