Did you order too many tiles, or were you not 100% satisfied with your purchase? No problem. TileBar is happy to accept returns within 180 days of your order. Please read the following information carefully.
1. You must request an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) form by emailing returns@tilebar.com.
2. Samples, clearance, FINAL SALE items, and custom orders are non-refundable.
3. In order for us to continue to be able to offer affordable pricing, a 15% restocking fee is assessed on all returns. Shipping charges are non-refundable. Customer are responsible for return shipping charges and arrangements.
4. All returns must be in their original packaging and in the condition in which they were received.

Our Raina Andes Gray Polished Waterjet Marble Mosaic Tile features a floral-inspired arrangement crafted from an intricate mix of Andes Gray and White Thassos marble pieces in a polished finish. Elegant and eye-catching, it makes an especially striking backsplash in the kitchen or on a bathroom wall or floor. Each unit order includes two pieces (piece A and piece B) that combine seamlessly to form a complete patterned sheet.

Inspired by the classical art form, premium marble pieces are combined in this unique mosaic collection. The pattern is achieved with a decidedly modern technique: A high-pressure waterjet is used to cut marble shapes with precision before they’re meticulously hand-placed onto mesh-backed sheets for easier installation.
