The purpose of this Privacy Policy is to inform you what information TLB Holdings I LLC, together with its wholly owns subsidiaries TileBar LLC and Soho Studio LLC dba TileBar (“TileBar,” “we,” “our,” “us”) collects from you, how we use your information and the choices that you have regarding our use of your information. This Privacy Policy applies to information we collect about you in our showrooms, through our website, currently located at www.tilebar.com (the “site”), and anywhere else we interact with you subject to this policy. By accessing and using our site or sharing your information with us, you are acknowledging, accepting and consenting to the practices described in this Privacy Policy.

What personal information do we collect?
When we use the term “personal information,” we are referring to information that identifies, relates to, describes, or can be associated with you as an individual. We collect the following categories and types of personal information from and about you:
- Identifiers: first and last name, email address, mailing address, ZIP code, phone number, business or trade information (if you are part of our trade program), Tax ID (if you are a trade member)
- Pseudonymous Identifiers or Device Information: IP Address, online identifier, hashed email, cookies, beacons, pixel tags, device identifier or other similar identifiers
- Geolocation Data: general location based on IP address, information that permits us to determine your location, such as if you manually provide location information or enable your mobile device to send us precise location information
- Financial Information: credit card or other payment information
- Demographic Information: information about your household, gender, age range, income range, and other demographic information
- Audio and Visual Information: including images or recordings of you or your voice in connection with events, in-showroom security cameras (where applicable), during customer service calls/communications
- Website and Internet Activity Information: IP address, user agent, and activity on and interaction with our site and our communications, including via managed chat functions
- Commercial Information: information about products or services you purchased, or considered buying, from us, information about your business if you are a trade member as well as about your projects and clients, information about your product and design preferences
- Inferences: Inferences drawn from or created based on any of the information identified above.
What are our sources of personal information?
We collect personal information from you, including when you register on the site (including if you are creating a trade account), place an order online or make a purchase in showroom, interact with our site (including through our tracking technologies), enter a contest or sweepstakes, opt in for our e-mail, SMS or other marketing communications, respond to a survey or communication such as e-mail, register online or in showroom for an appointment, visit a showroom, or participate in another site feature, such as contacting us, web chat or customer service via the telephone.
We also collect information about gift recipients and other third parties if you provide it to us, so that we can fulfill the gift purchase or other request. The information we collect about gift recipients is not used for marketing purposes, unless the recipient is otherwise opted in.
We also collect information about you, including various forms of personal information such as identifiers and demographic information, from third party sources, such as someone else, data aggregators, data append providers, and analytics providers, marketing and co-promotion partners, fraud prevention partners, address update services and publicly available sources. If you register for in-showroom appointment, the third-party that provides the registration platform may share your information with us so we can fulfill, manage and communicate with you about your appointment.
Additionally, if you interact with us on social media or use features, such as plugins, widgets, or other tools made available by social media platforms or networks (including Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, Google, YouTube, and Pinterest) in connection with our site, we collect information that you disclose to us, or that the social media platforms disclose to us under their policies. We may combine information we collect from and about you online with information we collect from and about you in our showrooms, and with information gathered from other third-party sources. We also create information based on and derived from our analysis of the information we have collected from and about you.

How do we use your information?
We may use your personal information in the following ways:

How do we protect visitor information?
We implement a variety of security measures designed to maintain the safety of your personal information. Your personal information is contained behind secured networks and is only accessible by a limited number of persons who have special access rights to such systems, and are required to keep the information confidential. We and our third–party partners and service providers (such as advertising networks, analytics providers and social media platforms) use pixels, web beacons, software developer kits, third-party libraries, cookies, and other similar tracking technologies (collectively, “tracking technologies”) to gather information when you interact with our website or communications. Some tracking technologies help us maintain the security of our websites and your account, prevent crashes, fix bugs, save your preferences, remember items in your shopping cart, make and manage your in-showroom appointments, assist with basic site functions and provide you with improved services.
We also permit third parties and service providers to use tracking technologies on our site for analytics and advertising, including to help us manage and display advertisements, to tailor advertisements to your interests, or to send abandoned shopping cart reminders (depending on your communication preferences). The third parties and service providers use their technology to provide advertising about products and services tailored to your interests which may appear on our site, on other websites, or in our email communications.
We may contract with third-party service providers to assist us in better understanding our site visitors. These service providers are not permitted to use the information collected on our behalf except to help us understand, conduct and improve our business.
You can choose to turn off cookies. You can currently do this through your browser settings. Each browser is a little different, so look at your browser Help menu to learn the correct way to modify your cookies. If you turn cookies off, you won't have access to many features that make your site experience more efficient and some of our services will not function properly. However, you can still place orders over the telephone by contacting customer service or in one of our showrooms.
How do we disclose or share the information we collect?
We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer to outside third parties your personal information unless we provide you with advance notice (including through this Privacy Policy), except as described below.
The term "outside third parties" does not include GLASS TILE STORE which is our company’s previous business name. It also does not include our “service providers,” which include, for example, website hosting partners and other parties who assist us in operating our website, conducting our business, executing our marketing, assisting us with shipping and other logistics, facilitating the making and management of your in-showroom appointments, or otherwise providing services to and for you. Our service providers collect, use, showroom, transmit and otherwise process information for us and on our behalf for the purpose of providing the service, agree to keep this information confidential and are therefore included in the term “we” as used herein.
We may disclose your personal information to businesses that we have partnered with to jointly create and offer a product, service, or promotion. For example, if you sign up online or in person for an in-showroom appointment, we both share and receive your information from the appointment registration platform provider as well as the communication providers who help us to send you messages about your appointment based on your requests and preferences. These third parties’ use of your information is not governed by this Privacy Policy but by their own respective privacy policies.
Some of our websites have features such as plugins, widgets, and other tools made available by social media platforms and networks that may result in information being collected or disclosed between us and such parties. Their use of your information is not governed by this privacy policy.
We may also share your information when we believe release is appropriate to comply with the law or legal process, enforce our site policies, or protect ours or others' rights, property, or safety. We also would share your information if we were involved in a merger, acquisition, consolidation, change of control, or sale of all or a portion of our assets, or if we undergo bankruptcy or other liquidation.
While we do not share personal information in exchange for money, we sometimes disclose information in exchange for valuable consideration, including to industry data consortia, data analytics providers, social media platforms, advertising partners and marketing partners. Non-personally identifiable visitor and customer information may be provided to third parties for marketing, advertising, or other uses.
What are your rights and choices?
- Email Opt Out: To modify your e-mail subscriptions, please let us know by modifying your preferences in the "My Account" section. You are also able to unsubscribe from our marketing emails by clicking on the “unsubscribe” link contained therein. Please note that due to email production schedules you may receive any emails already in production. You also may continue to receive account or transactional emails.
- SMS Opt Out: You can opt-out of receiving text/SMS messages from us by replying “STOP” to the message you receive from us. Please note that this will only opt you out of the specific text messaging program associated with that number or code. For more information, please refer to the TileBar SMS Service Terms.
- DNT and GPC:We honor Do Not Track (DNT) and Global Privacy Control (GPC) signals. DNT and GPC are privacy preferences you can set in your web browser to indicate that you do not want certain information about your webpage visits collected across websites when you have not interacted with that service on the page. - Analytics Opt Out: For Google Analytics, one current way to opt out is to visit tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout or download the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on. You also may adjust your Google advertising settings by visiting adssettings.google.com. Additional opt outs may be exercised via Your Privacy Choices.
- Right to Delete Your Information:To delete your online account information from our database, sign into the "My Account" section of our site and remove your shipping addresses, billing addresses & payment information. To ask that we delete the personal information we collect or maintain about you, you may make such request at [email protected] or (888) 541 3840. Our deletion may consist of de-identifying your information, as permitted by and in accordance with applicable law. Please also note that we may retain information about an individual sales transaction in order to service that transaction and for record keeping as permitted under applicable laws.

- Opt Out of Targeted Advertising/Do Not Share:You can currently opt out of targeted advertising by submitting a request to via Your Privacy Choices, which you can access in the footer of the website.
Third Party Links
In an attempt to provide you with increased value, we may include links leading to third-party websites on our site, including to various social media platforms, such as Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and Pinterest. These linked sites have separate and independent privacy policies. We therefore have no responsibility or liability for the content and activities of these linked sites. Nonetheless, we seek to protect the integrity of our site and welcome any feedback about these linked sites (including if a specific link does not work).
Children’s Privacy
We do not knowingly collect or accept personal information from any child under the age of 16 without explicit parental consent. If we are made aware that we have unknowingly received personal information from a child under 16 without parental consent, we will remove all of that child’s personal information from our records.
Chat & Other Interactive Services
This site may provide interactive services, including chatbot and managed chat functionality. You agree that we may transcribe or record and retain a transcript of communications with you via these interactive tools, and/or may record or recreate your activity while using the site, in order to provide services, enhance your site experience, and for quality and verification purposes. We may work with service providers to collect, analyze, showroom, and/or use this data for these purposes on our behalf. Your use of these tools is also governed by our Website Terms and Conditions.
How Long Do We Keep Your Information?
We maintain data retention policy(ies), which reflects retention schedules that are reasonably necessary and proportionate to achieve the purposes for which data was collected. We will dispose of data in accordance with these policy(ies) including when we no longer have a legitimate business purpose for such information. Note that we may need to keep information longer in certain circumstances, such as when it is required for legal compliance.
Notice of Financial Incentives
From time to time, we may offer a discount or an opportunity to win something of value in exchange for the collection of your personal information. For example, we may offer a discount promotional code if you provide us with your email address or cell phone number for marketing communications; or an opportunity to win a prize as part of a sweepstakes, or contest if you provide your email address or submit other information. The details of each such program are contained in the applicable program offering. These offerings might be interpreted as a “financial incentives” under applicable laws (such as California), which are reasonably related to the value of the information you provide. The precise value of the data will vary depending on certain factors, including the internal resources required to collect and maintain information.
International Data Processing
TileBar is located in and operated from the United States. If you choose to provide us with your information, you consent to the transfer, storage and processing of that information on servers located in the United States, where privacy laws may be less stringent than the laws in your country.
Changes to our policy
If we decide to change our privacy policy, we will post those changes on this page. Policy changes will apply only to information collected after the date of the change. We will provide additional notice to you if we make any changes that materially and adversely affect your privacy rights.
