ApoGin & Tonic
Ingredients
| 4½ oz | Gin | |
|---|---|---|
| 1½ oz | Fresh Lime Juice | |
| 3 slices | Cucumber | |
| to top | Sparkling Water | |
| garnish | Lemon Wheel |
Directions
| 1. | Add gin, lime juice and cucumber into a shaker. Gently muddle. Add ice and shake. |
| 2. | Fill tumbler glass with ice, add cucumber ribbon and pour the drink |
| 3. | Top with soda and garnish with a lemon wheel. Serve & enjoy! |
