Yes. We want to ensure a smooth process from inspiration to installation. That’s why we pair you with a design consultant on your first visit and any follow-up visits you may need. That person will be your single point of contact until your project is complete.

That's what our design consultants are for! They’re trained to ask the right questions and help you narrow down your options from the thousands of tiles we offer. They’ll show you tiles you like, side-by-side, to help you compare.

If it’s on our website, you will find it in our showroom. Occasionally, when new items are launched, it may take a little while for them to arrive at our showrooms.

Of course! We maintain a large library of samples in all our showrooms so you can take whatever samples you need. In the event we’re out of a tile you want, we will ship it as quickly as possible from our local warehouses directly to your door.

Our showrooms can become quite busy, so appointments are strongly recommended. We want you to begin your tile journey as soon as you walk in the door.


Everything you see online is stocked in our domestic warehouses. We maintain very high stock levels to ensure a quick turnaround for your project. During your visit, your design consultant will advise you of any unusually long lead times or backorders.

At the moment, we ship only to a specified address. We hope to offer in-store pickup and returns in the future.
