Did you order too many tiles, or were you not 100% satisfied with your purchase? No problem. TileBar is happy to accept returns within 180 days of your order. Please read the following information carefully.
1. You must request an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) form by emailing returns@tilebar.com.
2. Samples, clearance, FINAL SALE items, and custom orders are non-refundable.
3. In order for us to continue to be able to offer affordable pricing, a 15% restocking fee is assessed on all returns. Shipping charges are non-refundable. Customer are responsible for return shipping charges and arrangements.
4. All returns must be in their original packaging and in the condition in which they were received.

The Odet Mocha Cream 16" Concrete Round Floating Sink by mudd.concrete is handcrafted from a proprietary concrete and resin blend enhanced with a custom soft beige pigment. Its slim, cylindrical basin features gracefully contoured curves and natural surface pitting that adds to its inherent uniqueness. A mudd. concrete stamp may be displayed or concealed when placed against the wall. This item is made to order.

Each sink is custom made to order in their workshop by a small team, with variations in surface tone and texture an inherent and celebrated part of the production process. In addition to its striking style and sustainability, concrete is a naturally robust material, sealed to resist wear and damage. -
