1. You must request an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) form by emailing [email protected].
2. Samples, clearance, FINAL SALE items, and custom orders are non-refundable.
3. In order for us to continue to be able to offer affordable pricing, a 15% restocking fee is assessed on all returns. Shipping charges are non-refundable. Customer are responsible for return shipping charges and arrangements.
4. All returns must be in their original packaging and in the condition in which they were received.

Q: Can I use for fireplace Hearth? Is there a load limit?

Q: Can this tile be used on a shower floor?
A: Hi! Unfortunately we don't recommend this tile for applications where it will be routinely exposed to water. However, this would make a great backsplash.A: It’s a bit more fragile than ceramic penny tile and I think could be slick. As well, shampoo and soap will affect the finish. Could also be a bit slippery. I would not recommend it for a shower. Beautiful tile, though!

Received tile and it is absolutely beautiful! I am so happy with my decision. I took a long time and ordered several samples (that's a plus, being able to see the tile before you order!)
