3. In order for us to continue to be able to offer affordable pricing, a 15% restocking fee is assessed on all returns. Shipping charges are non-refundable. Customer are responsible for return shipping charges and arrangements.

A: This tile is not suitable for pool installation. -
Q: What color grout should I use with the Lancaster Open Seas tile? My kitchen cabinets are dove white.
A: We suggest the Laticrete Permacolor Bright White. -
Q: Is bullnose tile glazed on both sides?
A: No, white on the back without glaze.A: No just one side and edge. -
Q: is the color more teal or green? I have seen many variations between this site and other retailers.
A: I would say green but just order a sample. I just ordered more and have found color to be consistant. I wouldn't call it just green but skews a little more green than blue. Q: Are corner chair rail or bull nose pieces available in this line?
A: There are - if you search the site for "open seas" you should be able to find bothA: This is the bullnose.A: They do make a bullnose. It's a full size subway tile with one long edge bullnosed. I've not seen a corner at all. The only other pieces I've seen are a pencil liner.... -
Q: Are trim tiles available for the Lancaster series? Like pencils, bullnoses, quarter-rounds, or similar? Thanks!

Q: I ordered a sample and noticed the sides were not finished, not sure that would work for the open sides of the backsplash in the kitchen. Is this just for the sample pieces, or are they all unfinished on the sides? I love everything else about these, but am concerned about that.
A: They are all unfinished on the sides. -
Q: How much color variation is there? Is there variation within the same lot? Or only between the lots? I have a specific project in mind and need to account for this variation.
A: There only variation between lots. And we only ship from the same lot. -
Q: is this sold per piece or by the square foot?
A: By the square foot - you will receive 8 loose pieces per each sq ft ordered.

A great look!
We remodeled our bathroom and used the black tiles in the picture. The shower was a show stopper. I designed the bathroom makeover, withe the tiles placed vertically, and lined up grid-style with white grout. My contractor tried to talk me out of it, but he was so impressed he repeated the style for other customers who loved it and used the same tiles.
We later remodeled a second bathroom and used the same tiles, this time in white. It also turned out looking extremely nice. -

Pencil liner
Looks great and matches the corresponding subway tile. One thing to note is that the pencil liner is unfinished on the edges (like the subway tile). So for a finished edge, recommend chair rail or bullnose tile.

Beautiful handmade tile
The tile looks great and is just what we hoped for. My only reason for not giving a 5 star is that the glue protecting each tile was difficult to remove and I've purchased previous tiles from Lowe's that came right off so I know it's possible.

Subtle, yet powerful tile.
Very beautiful with subtle movement that looks luxurious. The tile is thick and if you're worried about cracking, you shouldn't. My contractor didn't like working with it at first and recommended getting tile with less variation in the tile edging. But after seeing a whole shower wall with it? well he was impressed as well.
