A: No. It does not have built in spacers. We used 1/8 inch spacers.A: No. The tile guy had his own little tiny spacers as I believe most tile people would use?
I really don't understand about free space tile unless you're speaking of a panel of tiles I really don't know? Mine were all individual .A: No.A: It does not have built in spacers, however, the natural unevenness of the tiles creates perfect grout lines without using them. My kitchen turned out perfect and I didn't use any spacersA: No... but the edges are naturally a little wavy/uneven that it makes for natural spacing. It is absolutely stunning. -
Q: Why is non-sanded grout recommended for this product? My contractor is insisting to use sanded grout for a 1/8" joint.
A: We recommend using non-sanded if going for 1/16" joints. That said, one's contractor/installer should always have the final say.

A great look!
We remodeled our bathroom and used the black tiles in the picture. The shower was a show stopper. I designed the bathroom makeover, withe the tiles placed vertically, and lined up grid-style with white grout. My contractor tried to talk me out of it, but he was so impressed he repeated the style for other customers who loved it and used the same tiles.
We later remodeled a second bathroom and used the same tiles, this time in white. It also turned out looking extremely nice. -

Pencil liner
Looks great and matches the corresponding subway tile. One thing to note is that the pencil liner is unfinished on the edges (like the subway tile). So for a finished edge, recommend chair rail or bullnose tile.

Beautiful handmade tile
The tile looks great and is just what we hoped for. My only reason for not giving a 5 star is that the glue protecting each tile was difficult to remove and I've purchased previous tiles from Lowe's that came right off so I know it's possible.

Subtle, yet powerful tile.
Very beautiful with subtle movement that looks luxurious. The tile is thick and if you're worried about cracking, you shouldn't. My contractor didn't like working with it at first and recommended getting tile with less variation in the tile edging. But after seeing a whole shower wall with it? well he was impressed as well.
