Q: Can this be used to go outside of a woodburning fireplace that has a 6 inch slate surround?

A: I use schluter edging on every job. comes in several metallic colors. very clean finish.A: We used an aluminum edge trim. -
Q: Can this tile be used outdoors under covered patio?
A: Our Klondike Yukon White 16x48 3D Matte Ceramic Wall Tile is not appropriate for outdoor application. -
Q: Is this tile waterproof?
A: Yes it is. I used it on the wall of our shower. It’s amazing. -
Q: How did you guys cut this tile? I been trying to rent a wet saw but none i found fit it?
A: The recommended cutting method is to use a wet saw with a diamond blade. Edges can be sanded smooth after cutting.A: I used it behind a vanity in a 1/2 bath and love it. They make wet saws large enough to cut this tile. With 24”x 48” tiles being so popular now, manufacturers are making tools to accommodate them.A: I didn't personally install it. But I'm sure the contractor used a wet saw. It's been almost 5 years ago, though. -
Q: Do these meed to be sealed?
A: We installed this tile on the wall - we did not seal it.A: Hello, no I have them in my shower and after 4 years they still look beautiful. We did not seal them. -
Q: Do you have to use grout with this tile?
A: This material must be installed with grout.A: Yes i definitely would -
Q: what trim would you use for this in the bathroom if not going all the way up to the ceiling?

Alternatively, you can line the tile with a clean caulk line that matches the color of the grout.A: I had to buy something locally for the small amount of trim I needed for backsplash. But this makes me realize that most of the questions Tile Bar sends me as a past purchaser have to do with trim. Tile Bar should be providing trim options for folks.A: We tiled from floor to ceiling. You can purchase white metal edge trim.A: Schluter trim is your best option. -
Q: Does it require a bullnose if you don't install floor to ceiling?

Great Tile Option for my luxury influenced, but affordable bath!
Great option and price. We love the way this looks on our bathroom wall! We have a dark brown cabinet in the color "mineral" and this wall color, with aged bronze and brass mirror and aged bronze light. It is ceramic so we did have some waste but that is to be expected.
