An exquisite reactive glaze enhances the textured, 3D surface of the Japanese-inspired Kinro collection of handmade porcelain tiles. These Spanish-made extruded tiles are available in a range of organic, earthy tones. Each colorway includes two distinct faces—one with a pair of ridges running down the center and the other with ridges on two sides of the square-format tile. This highly reflective, genuine extruded tile is a very rare find. -
Time-honored tradition, redefined for today
An extruded tile is formed when wet clay is pushed through a tile-shaped mold into a column. The clay column is then cut into individual tiles which are dried and fired. With its unique reactive glaze creating intriguing surface variations, Kinro is the real deal. It’s an artisanal and exceptionally durable tile that perfectly illustrates the fusion of modern manufacturing and traditional techniques.
