Marble Bouquet

1.	Place 8 strawberries and a peach into a blender. Add 1 shot of simple syrup and peach schnapps. Blend until pureed.
2.	Fill ¼ of a chilled champagne flute with the puree. Add sparkling wine until ¾ full, and stir.
3.	Top with more sparkling wine and garnish with a strawberry. Serve & enjoy with mom!
