Litchfield Correctional Hard Cider

Ingredients

1 cup   Apple Cider

⅓ cup   Scotch

½          Lemon, juice of

dash   Angostura Bitters

diced   Fresh Ginger

sliced   Crystallized Ginger

Directions

1.   Fill a cocktail shaker with ice.

2.   Add in the Apple Cider, Scotch, lemon juice, Angostura Bitters & ginger.

3.   Shake well and strain into glasses.

4.   Garnish with skewer of crystallized ginger, serve & enjoy!
