Ingredients
¼ cup Simple Syrup
1 cup White Rum
1 cup Frozen Raspberries
2 cups Apples
1 Passion Fruit
1 bottle White Wine
Ice
1 cup Sparkling Apple Juice
2 cups Club Soda
1 Dragon Fruit
Directions
1. In a large pitcher, combine simple syrup and rum. At this point, stir. once dissolved, add apples, cranberries and passion fruit.
2. Mix in wine and sparkling apple juice. Refrigerate overnight.
3. When ready to serve, add the club soda and stir to combine. Add ice and top with Dragon Fruit for color and flavor.
4. Top each glass with lemon twist to garnish. Serves 6-8.
5. Serve & enjoy!
