Larger orders and delicate material, including most orders of porcelain tiles, may need to be shipped via freight carriers. The freight company may contact you to set up a delivery appointment. These orders will normally include curbside delivery only.

1. You must request an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) form by emailing [email protected].
2. Samples, clearance, FINAL SALE items, and custom orders are non-refundable.
3. In order for us to continue to be able to offer affordable pricing, a 15% restocking fee is assessed on all returns. Shipping charges are non-refundable. Customer are responsible for return shipping charges and arrangements.
4. All returns must be in their original packaging and in the condition in which they were received.

Dry lay or do a mockup to confirm your layout, grout joint size and that the final look meets your expectations.

- All TileBar installation instructions are suggestions. Specific installation questions should be brought to a local tile professional.
- Follow directions on all materials, especially mixing quantities.
- Inspect all materials before using to make sure there are no defects. Installation is acceptance, material claims will not be entertained after install.
- Blending different boxes of tile is recommended before and during installation.
- Ensure proper Safety – PPE (ex: Gloves)
Stone Products
As products of nature, dimension stone will have inherent variation in color, shade, and character, included markings and veining, throughout any given lot of material. Water Sensitivity – Green colored marble and serpentines can wrap or curl. Filled voids can polish differently from the actual stone it fills.

Q: Does this have a lot of yellow? Is the main color off white, creamy or white? Thanks.
A: This material is White with Gray & Gold VeinsA: Calacatta has gold tones in it. Also grey. It is one of my favorites marbles. You may want to see a current dyelot before you purchase. I suggest you get a large sample to see the coloration.A: The main color is white, it matches my white cabinets perfectly. Some of the tiles have gold viens but I would not say there is any yellow in the tiles.A: This tile is lovely and is mostly white with grey marbling as shown in the picture online. There are some spots of brown/yellow but very little. It looks beautiful as a backsplash.A: The background tile color is mostly white with some tiles of light gray. There is a fair amount of gray veining and gold/tan veining. We overordered tiles so we could select the ones without too much gold/tan veining that looked dirty imho, and our installer was able to cut out tile from the sheet that we did not like and replace from another sheet. If you want something pure white/gray this is not the right tile.A: Was very pleased with this product as there was not a lot of yellow. I’d say main color is white. Looks very similar to pictures online.

Great option for White Jade Marble finishing edges
