1. You must request an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) form by emailing [email protected].
2. Samples, clearance, FINAL SALE items, and custom orders are non-refundable.
3. In order for us to continue to be able to offer affordable pricing, a 15% restocking fee is assessed on all returns. Shipping charges are non-refundable. Customer are responsible for return shipping charges and arrangements.

Q: Which sealant should I use for this tile installed as a bathroom floor tile?
A: I would suggest our Laticrete Heavy Duty Sealer for Natural Stone, Tile, & Grout or Laticrete Natural Look Stain Protecting Sealer for Natural Stone, Tile, & GroutA: This tile went in my shower in the niche so they didn’t put a sealant on it. -
Q: Can this be used for pools?
A: This tile is not suitable for pool installation. -
Q: The main picture shows this tile has muted tones. The picture underneath of the customer's image shows much more vibrant browns, and the background looks almost golden, whereas the main photos look cream or off white - which images are more true to color? I want the muted colors, the customer image looks much more harsh, not in a bad way, but just darker for sure. Is the color more muted in your pictures than what this tile really looks like? THanks
A: Our images are taken in professional lighting. I would suggest ordering a sample so you can see the material in person. -
Q: Can this tile be used in a shower?
A: Yes, this tile can be used in a shower! -
Q: The specs say the colors are blue gray and white, but it looks like it has brown in it. Is this so? That will suit me fine if it does in addition to the blue and white.
A: The gray in this tile is taupe in nature which can have a brown tint.
