3. In order for us to continue to be able to offer affordable pricing, a 15% restocking fee is assessed on all returns. Shipping charges are non-refundable. Customer are responsible for return shipping charges and arrangements.

Q: Is the white Aliante tile a true white?
A: Hi Carol! I have this tile as my kitchen backsplash, and no, it isn’t a true white. I do really love it, but I would agree that it’s best to order a sample to know if you’ll love it too!A: The Aliante is a white tile, I would suggest ordering a sample so you can see the material in your space. -

Do not clean porcelain tile flooring with ammonia or with cleaners that contain bleach and/or acid. Acid and ammonia based cleaners may modify grout color. -
Q: Does this come in a smaller size?
A: This tile shape does not come in alternative size formats. -
Q: Are there any photos of this product being installed horizontally?
A: Think about your edges and corners. I ended up going on a wild goose chase for pencil liner that sort of matches but not exactly. A: Absolutely and it looks great!A: Yes, just used it for shower walls and a wainscot in a bathroom and it looks fabulousA: yes, we installed this on shower walls and ceiling. i will mention that the installation was expensive. they charged us much more than install for a standard subway tile.A: Yes this was used in two of our shower and turned out so great! It's a great change from the standard subway style that is everywhere. -
Q: Is this a bright white or an off-white color?
A: It's off whiteA: It’s more of a greyish white, but definitely not bright white. Hope that helps!A: definitely an off white but no pink undertones in the white. I have a client that is using it with a dark grey floor and a bright white freestanding tub and it is going to work out really well. It's a well made tile...
