Smaller tiles in smaller quantities will be shipped via UPS small parcel. No delivery appointment is needed. Smaller quantities are typically orders totaling less than 75 sq ft and/or composed of tiles smaller than 24”x24”.

Larger tiles or larger quantities will be shipped with a freight carrier, wrapped on a pallet for curbside delivery. Once your order arrives at the destination terminal, our partner freight carrier will call you to schedule a delivery appointment. Larger quantities are typically orders totaling more than 75 sq ft and/or composed of tiles measuring 24”x24” or greater.
