3. In order for us to continue to be able to offer affordable pricing, a 15% restocking fee is assessed on all returns. Shipping charges are non-refundable. Customer are responsible for return shipping charges and arrangements.

When installing natural stone and marble tile, make sure all your products, substrate, tile, thinset and grout are compatible with each other. Inspect all materials before use and getting started. Dry lay or do a mockup to confirm your layout, grout joint size and that the final look meets your expectations.

- All TileBar installation instructions are suggestions. Specific installation questions should be brought to a local tile professional.
- Follow directions on all materials, especially mixing quantities.
- Inspect all materials before using to make sure there are no defects. Installation is acceptance, material claims will not be entertained after install.
- Blending different boxes of tile is recommended before and during installation.
- Ensure proper Safety – PPE (ex: Gloves)
Stone Products
As products of nature, dimension stone will have inherent variation in color, shade, and character, included markings and veining, throughout any given lot of material. Water Sensitivity – Green colored marble and serpentines can wrap or curl. Filled voids can polish differently from the actual stone it fills.

Q: How many pieces come in a box?
A: It’s been over three years, so I don’t remember. However, we had to do an additional order because the sheets were not the size advertised. They were listed at one square foot each but they were much smaller - about .8 sq foot per sheet. We ordered a certain square footage plus 10% and it didn’t cover the floor.A: The Trenza Basket Weave Asian Statuary & Silver Dot 1x2 Marble Tile is sold by the sheet. We suggest ordering according to the square footage needed for your project. -
Q: Can this be used on shower floor?
A: Yes. It is good for non-slip because of the small size of the mosaics. Be sure to order extra because these sheets are slightly smaller than one square foot. It's beautiful.A: We had this product installed in a shower a year ago. It was sealed and is performing well.A: Yes, but it would need to be sealed and installed properly. Marble is a porous material and if not sealed and installed properly it can be a maintenance nightmare. -
Q: Do you have a trim piece to go with this tile?
A: I used the Asian Marble pencil bar and it matched just fine.A: Yes we do. I have attached some of the options.

Just beautiful!
I love this tile. I used it as my bathroom floor in my vintage 1935 colonial. Paired it with bright white 4 x 12 subway tile. Used a pewter grout. It's fabulous.

Classic and beautiful!
We only needed a smal amount of tile since we were only going behind our kitchen sink. It looks wonderful with white cabinetry and our white/grey granite. Timeless design that should still look fresh years from now.
