When installing glass tiles or mosaics, make sure all your products, substrate, tile, thinset and grout are compatible with each other. Inspect all materials before use and getting started. Dry lay or do a mockup to confirm your layout, grout joint size and that the final look meets your expectations.

Q: is the glass tempered or heat resistant for above the range installation?
A: I do have the tile behind my range and have never had a problem. It’s been installed for 3 yrs. Hope this helps -

Q: Is there corresponding bullnose tile? If not, how do you handle where the bullnose tile would be?

Q: Is there a recommended spacing distance for these tiles on a shower wall?
A: I think our tile guy used 3/32” spacers. You want it to be a suitable width for grout but not to wide to be gaudy.A: I used 1/8 inch gap. I would think 3/16 inch or less would work well -
Q: Is the glass color throughout the tile, or is it on backing paper?
A: The color goes through the tile. It's beautiful!A: Throughout

Q: an earlier answer suggested using sea form green grout. I do not see that color available in non-sanded. Is this color available in non-sanded (thru Tilebar)?
A: I used white grout and it looks beautiful and I’ve gotten many compliments.A: I used the non sanded white an love it. -
Q: are there any finish trim pieces?

Alternatively, you can line the tile with a clean caulk line that matches the color of the grout.A: I used this tile for my kitchen backsplash. For the edge, my contractor simply turned the cut side toward the center of the work in order to keep a finished tile edge along the end of the space. You could call the customer service number to ask this question, but I did not find any on the site. I really like the look of this product! -
Q: What color grout is generally used for Seafoam green?
A: We suggest the Laticrete Permacolor Bright White GroutA: We used white grout for our kitchen backsplash. We love this tile!A: If you want contrast, a light grey looks nice (it is what we used in our kitchen, which has more of an industrial feel). If you don't want contrast (for a more zen feel like you might want in a bathroom), then a lighter grout like 'bone' would work better.A: I chose the exact same color and it looks gorgeous!! So it was a seafoam green grout! -

Not as white as anticipated
I installed this in a stacked pattern as my backsplash. The color is disappointing though. The back of the tile is painted a bright white but when installed it does not look bright white. You have to consider that it's glass and most glass products inherently have a green tint that, unfortunately, overrides the white backing. Based on the photos, I was anticipating tile that reads as white but it's more of a light green. Still it's a very clean, modern look.
