Q: Will this shatter or crack if a glass or plate was to drop on it?
A: I have dropped a heavy glass jar of balm on it and it was just fine. I was worried but the tiles are well made and look beautiful when installed. You will not be disappointed!A: Please reach out to us at [email protected], and we'll be glad to verify this information for you. -
Q: Does this need to be grouted for Bathroom Floors?
A: Yes. To go a little further, this tile it's worth every penny. It's gorgeous! We get more compliments on this flooring than ever.A: I would think so, although we put it on the walls of the shower and around the tub so not on the floor, but I can't imagine not grouting it, it would look really odd I would think. We used a grey grout and it looks great.A: In a word -- yes. This tile lined a shower that went from floor to nearly 11" ceiling in an all white bathroom. It's jaw dropping. I chose a top of the line grout in a mid value grey that worked very well with the blue of this tile.A: Yes, all ceramic tile needs to be grouted.A: yesA: Yes, it’s a normal time not a click together or vinyl tile. I do love it though. -
Q: What is the minimum grout you should use with this tile?
A: Grout joint should be a minimum of 1/16”; and not butt set.A: We did 1/8” grout line.A: 1/16" OF AN INCH - IT IS RECTIFIED -
Q: did you need to use a bullnose for the shower wall edges? And, if so what did you use?
A: Our tile guy did not use bullnose, he just cut everything to fit.A: We laid the floor in the bathroom and concrete in the shower.....we did not use a bullnose anywhere with this flooring. -
Q: How do you clean tile?
A: I just use a spray on, daily shower cleaner. It's not at all hard to keep clean.A: This is just normal tile, I use the basic cleaners, mop etc. The tile is beautiful and most people do not realize it is not actually wood. We have this in our bathroom and I love it.A: It cleans beautifully with water!A: Easy to care for, soap & water! Beautiful tile. Porcelain is resilient.A: We have this tile we bought from Tile Bar. It’s extremely durable and can be cleaned just like you would any tile, with soap and water, scrubbing cleaner like Tilex or other cleaner. No problem.....A: Warm water with a mild soapA: For calcium build up, CLR works good. As a weekly maintenance, spray white vinegar on the tile to help remove light residue. -
Q: Looking to install it in my Garage Bathroom. This bathroom will be used a lot because we just installed a pool. Is it slippery when its wet or does it grip well? Thanks
A: This material is a matte finish tile with a DCOF of > 0.42.A: We have the tile installed in an exercise/game room so it doesn't get too wet. But the tile does have some texture and seems to grip fairly well. It really looks awesome and is always a conversation starter!A: I have this tile in my bathroom and in my shower - it grips just fine. I LOVE this tile!A: We have a pool as well and ours is installed in the bathroom most people use. It definitely is not a slippery floor when it is wet. We love the floor, the colors and variations are beautiful.
