365 Day Return Policy

We are happy to accept returns within 365 days of your purchase 
You must request an RMA form prior to sending back any return. Refunds will NOT be issued for returns received without an RMA form. 
You can receive one by emailing help@glasstilestore.com. Your request must include your order number, reason for return, and amount of sheets you are returning. You will receive your RMA form within 2 business days of submitting your request. Please note that RMA #s are only good for 30 days after they are issued; after this time you will need to request a new one.

In order for us to be able to continue to offer free shipping, a 15% restocking fee is assessed on all returns, and the customer is responsible to pay for the return shipping. All returns must be in their original box and in the condition in which they were received. We will not be able to issue credits for any items that are returned to us broken. It is imperative that the return boxes are packaged well; these items are fragile.
Please note: samples, grouts, and items marked as Warehouse Clearance are final sale and are not returnable.
